Your data and how it is used

This page explains what happens to the information you enter in the AI Barometer. You can read it at any time, before entering anything.

Who is responsible for your data

Inetum, the organiser of this edition of the AI Barometer, is the data controller for your data.

The data we collect

  • your identity: first name, last name and work email address;
  • your organisation, its sector and its size, and your role;
  • your phone number, only if you choose to provide it (optional field);
  • your answers to the questionnaire.

What it is used for

  • producing your result, your result card and the email that sends them to you;
  • compiling anonymised collective statistics, to compare organisations with one another;
  • feeding the screen at the booth, which only shows anonymised collective statistics (groups that are too small are hidden);
  • publishing the barometer, as anonymised collective results;
  • contacting you for commercial purposes, only if you have agreed to it. This agreement is optional and separate from your participation: declining it changes nothing about your result, your card or your email.

How long we keep it

Your identifiers and contact details are kept for 12 months, then deleted or anonymised. Technical backups are kept for 14 days.

Where it is hosted, and the comment written by an AI

Your data is hosted in the European Union, with Scaleway. The comment that comes with your result is written by an artificial intelligence (Anthropic). It only receives your answers, as codes, and your result: no identifier and no contact details. It knows neither your name, nor your email, nor your phone number, nor your organisation, nor your choice about being contacted. This processing may involve data transfers across the borders of your country.

Your rights

You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and withdraw your agreement to be contacted. To exercise these rights, write to stephane.henry@inetum.com.
